In the other side, there is another device connected with RS232. This device is a Doppler Radar. It catch the car velocity and it take pictures if the car speed is more than the indicated by configuration.
In the file system, the program save the picture as .png.
The program run both Linux and Windows.
The next step is run this application on Raspberry.
